Massachusetts Express Care PLLC, doing business as Health Express Urgent Care Hanover (“Health Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, maintain, and protect information associated with our optional SMS text messaging program. It applies specifically to our optional post-visit SMS program and does not replace our separate Notice of Privacy Practices or any other privacy policy that may apply to our healthcare services.
1. The SMS Program
Our SMS program is optional and is available only to individuals who affirmatively consent to receive text messages. Messages may be sent following a visit and are intended to thank you for choosing Health Express Urgent Care Hanover, request feedback about your experience, and/or provide a link to leave a review on Google. We will send no more than one SMS following each visit.
2. No Medical or Clinical Information
Our post-visit SMS messages are not intended to contain medical or clinical information. We will not include diagnoses, treatment information, test results, medication information, medical records, or other clinical or health-related information in these messages. Please do not use SMS to communicate confidential medical information to us.
3. Information We Collect
- Your mobile telephone number.
- Your SMS consent or opt-in status.
- The date and time consent was provided, when available.
- The method by which consent was collected.
- The version of the SMS consent disclosure presented when consent was obtained.

6. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After receiving an opt-out request, we will suppress your number from future messages associated with the program, subject to limited administrative or legally required communications.

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the optional SMS text messaging program operated by Massachusetts Express Care PLLC, d/b/a Health Express Urgent Care Hanover. By affirmatively opting in to the SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
1. SMS Program
The SMS program provides occasional post-visit messages. Messages may thank you for choosing Health Express Urgent Care Hanover, request feedback about your experience, and/or provide a link to leave a review on Google.
